A - Yes, you will need to book an appointment.
A - Our boutique is reasonably sized but not huge! We suggest you only bring one or two people along to your appointment. This is for a few reasons; Sometimes too many opinions do not help! We don’t have enough room to accommodate the full family, especially when we have 4/5 fittings going on at one time. We always suggest to bring one or two of people with you and then at your second fitting you can always bring those that have not yet seen your dress, plus keeping it a surprise is always worth it!
A - Yes! We do a 12 week payment plan in store! A 30% deposit is required to secure the dress and then you have 12 weeks to settle the balance.
A - We keep a log of everything we sell. It is strictly one dress per school / event. We will not even sell your dress in another colour! One dress, One Event, One Colour!
A - We have a wonderful seamstress! She is the best of the best! She will help all our customers with any alterations needed. Please note this is a separate charge and NOT included in the dress cost.
A - Yes! Our dresses are stocked in a wide range of sizes from 0 - 30. Please note not all styles come in all sizes.
A - Free on street parking is available with a max of two hours. The Pub Carpark opposite (persons pub) has a car park that is £1 per hour.
A - We stock Bags and jewellery to match your dress perfectly! We help match them up for you once you have chosen your dress.
A - Unfortunately we do not hire dresses.
A - This all depends on the style you go for! We start from £75 and go right up to £600. This all depends on the designer, detail, shape. For example; A plain fitted dress would start from £75, A beaded fitted dress from £150 and an extreme beaded dress from about £300. It all depends on the dress!
A - We do appreciate it if you come with minimal make up and NO FAKE TAN! The dresses are very expensive and we would hate for them to get stained with Tan and Make up.
A - You will be greeted by a member of our friendly team who will explain all the details about our dresses to you. You will be given the chance to look and select dresses you would like to try. Once you have chosen the styles you would like to try we will assist you in the changing area and suggest any styles you may have missed out that will suit you or are similar to any that you like.
A - We have girls that start looking in September, and we have sold many styles by the October Half term. You can never be too early, we only do one dress style per school so if you know what style you would like, get in first to avoid disappointment.

A - We start our bridals collection from £300 and go up to £1000 depending on the style and designer.

A - Absolutely! We can add sleeves, corset, zips - You name it we can help with it!
A - We take a 30% deposit to secure your dress and then the balance is due within 16 weeks.
A - Yes we have accessories for hair and jewellery, veils, garters, belts, hoops and petticoats.
A - Our seamstress is a highly qualified bridal seamstress. All seamstress work is a separate charge and can be paid during your visit / fitting.
A - We know wedding mornings can be stressful. We offer a service in which a staff member can attend to you on the morning of your big day. We can give your dress a final press / steam and help you with the dressing / fastening of your dress. We do charge a small fee for this which varies on location and dress. Please ask in store for more details.
